Karot Hydropower Project
Location: Situated on the Jhelum River, about 55 km from Islamabad, near the boundary of Punjab and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Capacity: 720 MW (four units of 180 MW each).
Type: Run-of-the-river hydroelectric power plant.
Dam Height: Approximately 95 meters.
Reservoir Capacity: Around 164 million cubic meters.
Annual Energy Generation: Estimated at 3.2 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh).
Project Cost: Approximately USD 1.74 billion.
Financing: Developed under the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) project.
Construction Start: Began in 2016.
Completion: Commercial operations commenced in June 2022.
Purpose: To generate clean, renewable energy and reduce Pakistan’s reliance on imported fossil fuels.

J7 Emporium
Location: Situated in Block C, Sector B-17, Islamabad, along the main GT Road, providing easy access to the M-1 Motorway and major city centers.
Type: Mixed-use high-rise development (commercial, residential, and hospitality complex).
Total Area: Approximately 46 kanals (about 5.75 acres).
Structure: A 31-storey skyscraper including a grand shopping mall, luxury hotel, corporate offices, food courts, and residential apartments.
Height: Estimated at around 350 feet, making it one of the tallest mixed-use buildings in Islamabad.
Estimated Project Cost: Around PKR 18–20 billion.
Construction Start: Groundbreaking took place in 2018.
Current Status: Under construction (commercial sections nearing completion; hotel and residential blocks in progress).
Purpose: To create a premium lifestyle destination offering shopping, business, leisure, and residential facilities under one roof, boosting Islamabad’s modern skyline.

Location: Situated on the Arabian Sea waterfront within DHA Phase VIII, Karachi, near Clifton Beach and adjacent to the coastal highway.
Type: Premium mixed-use oceanfront development featuring residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality components.
Total Area: Approximately 108 acres of reclaimed land.
Structure: Comprises around 50 high-rise towers, including luxury residential apartments, office spaces, shopping malls, and a 5-star hotel, integrated with a private beach and landscaped promenades.
Height: Towers range between 30 to 45 storeys, forming a modern coastal skyline.
Estimated Project Cost: Around USD 2 billion.
Construction Start: Initial groundwork began in 2006; major redevelopment and renewed construction activity resumed after 2018.
Current Status: Under construction, with several towers and infrastructure phases in progress.
Purpose: To establish Pakistan’s first world-class seafront community offering luxury living, tourism, and commercial opportunities, contributing to Karachi’s urban modernization.
